SYNTHESIS becomes SAXO Bank (Switzerland) SA

Following the announcement made last September, the Swiss and Danish banking authorities have given the necessary authorisations for the acquisition of Synthesis Bank by Saxo Bank.

Mr Soren Mose has been the new Managing Director and CEO of Saxo Bank (Switzerland) SA . Since 19 December 2007 Mr Charles-Henri Sabet, Founder of Synthesis Bank, has been appointed Chairman of Saxo Bank (Switzerland) SA and Global Head of Trading at Saxo Bank SA.
